Job Description:
Limitless Brands USA Parking is seeking a motivated Supervisor, Parking Operations to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. We are committed to "Making Every Moment Matter for a World on the Go" by delivering top-tier parking management services. The Supervisor will oversee daily parking operations, ensuring staff performance, safety compliance, and excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and leadership, looking to build a career in parking and transportation management.
Key Responsibilities:

Work daily from 4 PM to 12:30 AM, available on weekends and holidays as needed

Oversee day-to-day parking operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Manage staff scheduling and maintain proper staffing levels to meet customer demand.
-
Enforce SmartDrive safety rules, including seatbelt usage, no cellphone use while driving, complete stops at signs, and adherence to speed limits.
-
Monitor parking equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions.

Conduct shift reports, hourly counts, and valet counts; ensure all daily reports are completed.

Assist with customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Oversee third-shift tasks including cash audits, car counts, and revenue reporting.

Maintain shuttle operations, ensuring routes like Saver A & B, Amtrak, and employee lots are covered.

Ensure compliance with NetPark, TIBA, and DOT regulations.

Train staff in various roles, including CSR, Valet, Ambassador, and Ground Transportation (GT).
Qualifications:

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one month of related experience.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.

Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected changes.

License Requirement: Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands:

Frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands.

Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

As a CSR, your primary role is to ensure seamless office operations while delivering outstanding customer service. You will handle various tasks including answering phones, assisting customers, managing revenue, and performing ticket audits. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, giving directions, and offering general information about parking rates.

Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office duties such as typing, filing, and answering phones.

Cash Handling & Revenue Reporting: Accurately account for revenue, including following cashier check-out procedures, handling cash, and performing end-of-shift transaction reports.

Ticket Audits: Conduct accurate ticket audits to ensure smooth parking operations.

System Management: Input transaction data into the TIBA & NetPark PARC Systems to maintain accurate reporting.

Work Area Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office work area.

Cross-Training: Be cross-trained to cover for coworkers during absences, ensuring consistent service.

DOT-Certified Responsibilities: CSRs with DOT certification may be assigned to cover driver shortages by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, cash handling, or office administration is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication skills, proficient in typing, and knowledgeable in general office functions such as filing and organizing.

Attention to Detail: Must be accurate in handling cash and entering transaction information.

Technology Proficiency: Experience with parking management systems such as TIBA & NetPark PARC Systems is a plus.

Customer Service Excellence: A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
